ADHD isn’t the problem.
The lack of understanding is.
We’re here to change that.

We combine lived experience with trusted expertise to give people clarity, confidence and real support for ADHD.

Who are we?

We are a not-for-profit organisation built by people who truly understand ADHD because we’ve lived it. We know what it feels like to be misunderstood, dismissed or lost in long waiting lists with nowhere to turn. That’s why ADHD Jersey was created to offer somewhere real to go for guidance, support and community.

We provide practical tools, lived-experience understanding and a safe space where people feel accepted, not judged. Whether you’re just starting to explore ADHD or looking for support after diagnosis, we’re here every step of the way.
